Erik Erikson's Theory of Psychosocial Development and Counseling for Adults With Mental Retardation: Case Conceptualization and Implications for Treatment Albert P. Saladino, MSW/CSW, is an Associate Professor of Human Services at Niagara County Community College where he coordinates the departments of Chemical Dependency Counseling and Disabilities Studies. Mr. Saladino also serves as a consultant Social Worker to the United Cerebral Palsy of Western New York and the Native American Community Services Center of Western New York. Stephen B. Bellus, Ph.D. is an Associate Psychologist and Program Manager of an intensive, behavioral rehabilitation program at the Buffalo Psychiatric Center. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Counseling and Educational Psychology at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Bellus also serves as the Consulting Psychologist to the Housing and Residential Division of the United Cerebral Palsy of Western New York. Address all correspondence to Albert P.
